The monthly meeting of the law and order committee was held at Chitalmari in Bagerhat on Thursday.
The Law and Order Committee started the meeting at 10:30 am with Chitalmari Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Md. Maruful Alam in the chair.
The meeting was attended by Upazila Parishad Chairman Ashok Kumar Baral, Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) Jannatul Afroz Swarna, Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer Dr Mamun Hasan, Upazila Awami League President Md Babul Hossain Khan, General Secretary Piyush Kanti Roy, OC (Investigation) Md. Ikram Hossain, Upazila Parishad Vice Chairman Sheikh Mahatabuzzaman, Women Vice Chairman Sabera Begum, Sadar UP Chairman Sheikh Nizam Uddin, Charbaniari UP Chairman Archana Baral Jharna and other heads of various departments of the upazila.
