Bangladesh Bank (BB) has re-fixed the banking hours from 10am to 2.30pm from July 8 amid the lockdown to halt the sharp rise of COVID-19 in the country.
“Banks will remain open from 10am to 4pm while the transaction will be made between 10am and 2.30pm,” said a Bangladesh Bank (BB) circular issued on Tuesday.
The new time will continue until July 14, the circular added.
