Gazi Group Chattogram captain Mohammad Mithun won the toss and asked Gemcon Khulna to bat first in the high voltage match of the Bangabandhu T20 Cup at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium on Tuesday.
Mashrafe Bin Mortaza is back at the squad after being roped in by Khulna through the lottery. To accommodate him in the match, Khulna dropped pacer Shahidul Islam.
Gazi Group Chattogram whose winning streak came to an end in the last game after a defeat against Beximco Dhaka fielded an unchanged side.
Both teams have eight points so far in the tournament but Chattorgam is at the top of the table due to better run rate.
