‘Watercolour artists need extreme practice for perfection. Artists can learn in workshops and art camps but they should practice regularly. We have to set up more art schools to flourish art movements in every corner of society. I hope this workshop will help young artists to understand watercolour paintings,’ said Abdul Mannan.

‘I am documenting the watercolour paintings and artists of Bangladesh who practice watercolour. I also write about the activities of different artist groups and schools that promote watercolour in my forthcoming book. Ronger Gaari is one of the pioneer art troupes that promote watercolour and young artists. I hope all participating artists will be successful as artists in the future,’ said Biren Shome.

‘The main purpose of the workshop is to promote young artists who are interested in watercolour paintings. The participating artists will portray the beauty of Hatirjheel, Jahangirnagar University and Keraniganj while Ronger Gaari conducts the four-day workshop.
