A virtual discussion and a preparatory meeting were held at Baneshwardi Islamia Dakhil Madrasa in Nakla Upazila of Sherpur on Sunday noon.
The discussion meeting was on the occasion of the 91st birth anniversary of Bangamata Begum Fazilatun Nesha Mujib while the preparatory meeting was held on observing the National Mourning Day 15 August marking the 47th martyrdom anniversary of the great architect of independence, Father of the Bengali Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
Baneshwardi Islamia Dakhil Madrasa Super Maulana Md Shahidul Islam presided over the meeting, where Professor Taslima Begum, former chairman of Dhaka Education Board, president of MMC of the madrasa was participated as the chief guest and Upazila Secondary Education Officer (USEO) Muhammad Abdur Rashid was participated in the meeting as special guest.
The discussion meeting and preparatory meeting was conducted in a virtual manner by Assistant Maulvi Maulana Rezaul Karim. Senior assistant teacher Rokeya Akhter, assistant teachers Mahbub Hossain Rupam, Nusrat Jahan Nipa, assistant Maulvi Maulana Fazlul Karim, Qari Kazimaddin, Jamal Uddin and Kabdul Hossain along with other MMC members and other teachers were participated in the discussion and preparatory meeting.
The meeting discussed the lifestyle of Bangamata Begum Fazilatun Nesha Mujib. In addition, in order to improve the quality of education of the students, different issues related to the quality of education were discussed including creating interest in the participation of students to the online classes and on Sangsad TV, maintaining contact with the students and their parents.
