Nakla Press Club GS’s mother passes away

Nakla Press Club general secretary Mosharraf Hossain Sarkar (Babu)’s mother Anwara Begum passed away on Thursday; Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi rajiun. She was 70 at her death.

She breathed her last at Mymensingh Medical College Hospital at 9.30 am on the day.

She left seven daughters, two sons and many grandchildren including many grateful people. Anwara Begum is the wife of Azgar Ali Sarkar at Sarkar Bari, area of Nakla Hospital Road in Nakla upazila of Sherpur district. Azgar Ali Sarkar, who is well-respected by all, has long since passed away.

Mosharraf Hossain Sarkar (Babu) GS of Nakla Press Club said she was admitted to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital after suffering a sudden stroke on Tuesday, July 13. She breathed his last at 9:30 am on Thursday.

Upazila Parishad Chairman Shah Md Burhan Uddin, GS of Upazila Awami League FF Shafiqul Islam Zinnah, Joint Secretary and Mayor of Nakla Municipality Hafizur Rahman Liton, President of Nakla Press Club Md Musharaf Hossain, vice-president Khandaker Jasim Uddin Mintu and Md Mizanur Rahman, Joint Secretary Nasir Uddin and Delwar Hossain, Organizing Secretary Fazle Rabbi Rajon and Nur Hossain, Office Secretary Selim Reza, Publication Secretary Nahidul Islam Rijon, Literary and Cultural Secretary Mazharul Islam Lalon, Treasurer Abdullah Al-Amin, Information and Research Secretary Asaduzzaman Sowrav, Member Talat Mahmud, Mahbubur Rahman, Abdur Rafiq, M.F Zaman Farooq, A.K.M Maminul Bashar (Babu), Mofazzal Hossain, Simanur Rahman Sukhon, Mosharraf Hossain Shyamal, Raisul Islam Rifat, Sujan Mia, Rezaul Hasan Safit, Sumon Ahmed and many journalists of different district and upazila, leaders of different organizations of journalists including Sherpur, Nalitabari, Shribardi, Jhenaigati Press Club Committee, leaders of upazila AL, JL and many leaders including its associate organizations, people of different professions and many others expressed deep sympathy separately. They all prayed for the forgiveness of the soul of the deceased as well as conveyed their condolences to the bereaved family.
