Our Correspondent, Sarishabari, Jamalpur: Food items including other required materials were distributed among more than 200 families in Sarishabari on Tuesday morning.
Shakif Sindid Neon, son of advocate Shahidul Islam, provided the necessary aids to destitute people with a view to decreasing the suffering of poverty stricken people during the pandemic condition.
During this the corona virus pandemic, he willingly engaged himself in the service of humanity. With the help of his father, he distributed food among the poorest family members. 
Packets of rice, pulses, oil, salt, sugar, semai, milk powder, onion, garlic, soap and other food items are distributed among the destitute, said Shakif Sindid Neon.
In addition to this, clothes for the poor children, masks for passersby are being distributed daily, said he.
Regarding the distribution of food items, Shakif Sindid said, “We will provide food aid to the poor and helpless people until this pandemic situation improve “
