A preparatory meeting was held in Chitalmari on March 10 on the celebration of the birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and National Children’s Day, March 25, Genocide Day and March 26, the Golden Jubilee of Independence and National Day 2021.
The preparatory meeting was presided over by the Upazila Nirbahi Officer(UNO) Md Liton Ali at 11am on Wednesday.
The meeting was attended by Assistant Commissioner (Land) Jannatul Afroz Swarna, Upazila Awami League President Md Babul Hossain Khan, General Secretary Piyush Kanti Roy, Thana Officer-in-Charge Mir Shariful Haque, Upazila Awami League Vice-President and valiant freedom fighter Md Sheikh Bellal Hossain along with the Heads of various departments.
