The officials and staff of Chitalmari Upazila Parishad and Upazila Administration bade farewell to outgoing Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Md. Maruful Alam on Sunday.
The farewell reception event was held in the upazila which was presided over by Chitalmari Upazila Parishad Chairman Ashok Kumar Baral.
Thana Officer in Charge (OC) Mir Shariful Haque, Chitalmari Upazila Awami League President Md Babul Hossain Khan, Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer Dr Mamun Hasan were present in the farewell reception program. 
Among others Upazila Parishad Vice Chairman Sheikh Mahatabuzzaman, Women Vice Chairman Sabera Begum Swapna, Sadar UP Chairman Sheikh Nizam Uddin, Charbaniari UP Chairman Archana Devi Baral, Barbaria UP Chairman Md Masud Sardar, Hijla UP Chairman Kazi Ajmir Ali, Shibpur UP Chairman Wahiduzzaman Kaka Mia, all the heads of different Departments of the upazila and local journalists were present in the function.
