A three-day-long training for health workers and local people has been inaugurated by the Chitalmari Upazila Health Department on Saturday morning.
Upazila Parishad Chairman Ashok Kumar Baral inaugurated the training as the chief guest at 10 am on Saturday at the Health Complex.
The inauguration program was presided over by the Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer Dr Md Mamun Hasan.
Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Md. Maruful Alam, Women Vice Chairman Sabera Kamal Swapna, Sadar UP Chairman Nizam Uddin Sheikh were present as special guests. It is to be noted that this training was given to eighty trainees in two shifts.
