Three people were killed as a truck hit a motorcycle carrying them, on Tangail-Aricha Regional Highway in Nagpur upazila of Tangail this morning.
The deceased are Shuvo Akter Sunny (18), Mamata Hia alias Sukonya (15) and Bappi (22), reports our Tangail correspondent.
Bahalul Khan, officer-in-charge (investigation) of Nagpur Police Station, said an Aricha-bound bus from Nagpur hit the motorcycle at Daspara, leaving all three on the motorbike dead on the spot.
On information, police recovered the bodies and seized the truck.
