A new committee of Voice of Kazipur, a popular social organization in Sirajganj district, has been formed on Friday.
Engineer Sakhawat Hossain has been re-elected as the president of the new 39-member committee for a two-year term and Jannatul Haque Shapla has been elected as the general secretary of the charity organization.
It is learned that since the establishment of ‘Voice of Kazipur’ in 2010, this social organization has been helping the underprivileged people of river erosion area in various ways and has been widely praised for its services in different times. It has also been providing cash to the destitute.
Engineer Sakhawat Hossain, president of the organization, said it is a charity organization. We have been working to alleviate the suffering of the people. Our main goal is to love people and be by their side.
